What's Working reads your sector scans, the niche map and adjacent niches for the subject, thumbnail, title and hook patterns that are winning, says how much evidence each rests on before it says anything, and then shows who in your field owns which subject and what wins outside the field that nobody inside it has tried.
Open More research tools, then What's Working. Four rings: your channel, competitors watched, measured winners in your niche, adjacent scans. Each must clear its floor before a pattern below counts; a short ring is a job worth doing, not a quiet weakness. Here: 46 videos, 11 channels, 522 winners, 4 scans.

Eight scans counted, 19 set aside; 31 channels counted. Which channels count opens the list, so you can see what was left out and why. Then What to make next: three moves backed by the evidence below, each with the channels that won with it, the median, and the proof videos. Add to ideas, Plan it or Check the demand.

Further down: the subjects working in your niche now, each with its channels, median and an example, then the title, thumbnail and opening patterns when three channels prove them. Under that, Who owns which subject in your field: a table of subjects by channel, your column first, each cell the settled uploads on that subject in the last year and how many beat twice their own normal. The note names the subjects three or more of them make and you do not.

Last, Untried in your field: constructions and subjects that win on the channels around your field and that nobody inside it has used on a settled upload in the last year. Each line says how many channels use it, its winner share against their base, and one example video. Subjects come from the channels nearest you; constructions, when the near set is too thin, from every channel we measure, and the note says which.

A pattern proven on three channels and one proven on twelve are different things, so the page shows the evidence count first and refuses to call anything a pattern until every ring clears its floor.
