ViewsToClients vs RevTrack

Views do not pay the bills. Both answer the question that does: which video did the sale come from? One is software you run. The other is a team that runs it with you. Here is how they differ, including where RevTrack is the better choice.

The short answer

RevTrack does one job: it puts tracked links under your videos and a snippet on your sales pages, then shows sales, leads and calls per video. It is built and sold by YouTubers, it is focused, and it costs $99 or $149 a month.

ViewsToClients is our managed service, run on VideoCore. Our team reads every description on your channel, shows you each line that would change, swaps the plain links for tracked ones, and can put the originals back. Then the same team reports on what sold and helps plan, title and brief the next video.

If you want to run tracking yourself with a tool built for nothing else, RevTrack is a sound choice. If you want it set up and acted on for you, that is what ViewsToClients is for. Tracking is not part of a self-serve VideoCore plan.

What any tracking tool can and cannot tell you

Worth knowing before you pay anyone, us included.

Clicks are exact. A tracked link counts every click and knows which video it sat under.

Sales, leads and calls need your site to report back. That means a snippet on your thank-you page, or a connection to your checkout or booking tool. Without it, no tool can see what happened after the click.

Links in Shorts cannot be clicked. YouTube does not make them clickable, so we leave Shorts out rather than pretend.

A viewer who types your address in later is not counted. Tracking credits the click it saw. Real influence is always somewhat larger than what any tool reports.

Work out what a tracked click is worth to you

This is arithmetic on your own numbers, nothing more. If you do not know your click rate, that is the first number tracking gives you.

Fill in all four and the sum appears here.

Can you use both?

You would not want two tools rewriting the same links, so pick one for tracking. You can use VideoCore for research, ideas and titles, including its free browser extension and free channel health check, alongside RevTrack.

Common questions

Is ViewsToClients a RevTrack alternative?

For the outcome, yes: both put tracked links under your YouTube videos and report clicks, and sales, leads and calls where your site reports back. RevTrack is software you run yourself. ViewsToClients is a managed service where our team sets it up and runs it with you, on our own platform, VideoCore.

How much does RevTrack cost?

On their public page, read on 3 October 2026: Essential is $99 a month or $792 a year, and Pro is $149 a month or $1,192 a year. No free tier is listed. Prices change, so check their site.

Can you update every link on my channel at once?

Yes. Our team's tool reads every video description, lists the links in them, shows you each line that would change, and then swaps the chosen links for tracked ones on every video. It can put the original links back afterwards.

Will changing my links hurt my videos?

The viewer lands on exactly the same page as before; only the link text in the description changes. You are shown every change first and the original is kept so it can be put back.

Why are my Shorts left out?

YouTube does not make links in a Short's description clickable, so a tracked link there would never be clicked. Shorts are left alone.

How long does it take on a big channel?

YouTube limits how many videos can be edited in a day. Up to 100 videos change a day, and the work carries on by itself overnight until the channel is done.

Can a tracking tool see sales, or only clicks?

Clicks are always counted. Sales, leads and calls are counted when your site reports back, through a snippet on your thank-you page or a connection to your checkout or booking tool. That is true of every tracking tool.
