We want you to be confident subscribing to VideoCore. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription plan. No detailed justification is required. To request a refund, email niels@videocore.uk from the email address on your account.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment provider. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after we process it.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment. Renewal payments (for subsequent months or years) are generally non-refundable, but if you cancel shortly after an unwanted renewal, contact us — we deal with these fairly and may refund a recent, unused renewal at our discretion.
The 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to your first annual payment. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel to prevent the next year's renewal.
Where we offer a free trial, you are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost. If you continue into a paid subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from your first payment.
We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeated subscribe-refund cycles) or where required by applicable law. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Done-for-you and managed services (for example ViewsToClients engagements) are separate from software subscriptions and are governed by their own agreement; this software refund policy does not apply to them.
