Terms of Service

1. Who we are

VideoCore ("VideoCore", "we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service product operated by Trinder Property Company Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11887091), registered office 16 Clockburnsyde Close, Whickham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, NE16 5UR. 2. What VideoCore is

VideoCore is an online software platform that provides analytics dashboards, channel diagnostics, benchmarking, revenue reporting, and production and publishing workflow tools for YouTube channel owners and agencies. We provide software access only. We do not create, host, sell, or distribute media content on your behalf, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube, Google, or any other platform.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter a binding contract.
• If you create a workspace and invite team members or clients, you are responsible for their use of the service and for having the right to share any data you add.

4. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• VideoCore is offered on recurring subscription plans (e.g. Starter, Pro, Agency) billed monthly or annually in advance. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Where we offer a free trial, we will tell you its length and terms at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, if you do not subscribe before a trial ends, your access reverts to a free or limited tier.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see section 6).
• We may change our prices or plans. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change affecting your subscription, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms — including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing niels@videocore.uk. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which paid features end.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third party's rights, or in breach of YouTube's, Google's, or any other platform's terms;
• resell, sublicense, or white-label the service except where we have agreed this in writing (e.g. an Agency plan);
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, or build a competing product from it;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, overload or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or access controls;
• misuse AI-generated outputs, or rely on them as professional, legal, or financial advice — they are suggestions, not guarantees.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Third-party connections

VideoCore lets you connect third-party accounts (e.g. YouTube, Google, and other platforms) via their official APIs. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You authorise us to access and process data from connected accounts solely to provide the features you use, and you can disconnect at any time.

9. Intellectual property

We own all rights in the VideoCore platform, software, branding, and content we provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload ("Your Content"); you grant us a licence to host and process it only to operate and provide the service to you.

10. Availability & changes

We aim to keep VideoCore available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms or APIs we rely on.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

12. Termination

You can stop using VideoCore and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability) will continue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that this does not affect.
